My professional journey began as a teacher in colleges and computer academies after completing my Computer Science degree. In 2001, I joined the Vital Group of Companies—home to Vital Tea, its flagship brand—as an IT Manager and later rose to become Head of MIS. In this capacity, I served as a key strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing critical business functions such as tea blending, cost analysis, imports, and profit-and-loss reporting, while playing a pivotal role in complex decision-making. I also spearheaded the development of software applications to optimize import costing and streamline other operational processes. Drawing on more than two decades of experience spanning education, technology, and management, I am now leveraging my expertise to offer specialized consultancy services in the tea industry, guiding businesses to streamline operations, embrace innovation, and achieve sustainable growth.

I established Dabang Institute of Computer Education to train IT professionals and launched a software house offering website development, graphic design, and custom software solutions to businesses.
