With over three decades of experience in the tea industry, my journey began in 1991 with our family business, Vital Tea, where I was first introduced to the world of tea during my formative years. After earning my computer science degree, I officially joined the business in 2001 and spent nearly a decade in a leadership role at Vital Tea Group of Companies—working closely with the CEO and overseeing key areas such as imports, costing, profit and loss management, and operations. This deep involvement laid the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, production processes, and distribution strategies. Later, I founded Dabang Tea, further refining my expertise in branding, quality control, and business expansion. Today, I leverage my extensive hands-on experience to market my consultancy services specifically for emerging tea ventures—empowering new startups to streamline operations for enhanced efficiency, refine cost structures to boost profitability, and develop robust growth strategies that ensure sustainable, long-term success.
